Support SLCC

Tuesday, 02 February 2016 00:00

Sardis Lake Christian Camp is a 501-(3) charitable organization.

ALL donations are tax deductible!

As we celebrate almost 50 years, we look back at the years in amazement. God keeps his promises. In so many ways He has truly blessed us more than we could have asked or imagined! And we count the financial support by individuals and churches over these 40+ years very high on that list of blessings.

The actual cost for summer camp runs close to twice the amount of our fees. We do this in order to make Sardis Lake Christian Camp available to as many individuals as possible.  Your gifts help SLCC continue to do the work for which it was established - making "A Life Changing Experience" for all who attend

Baloney for SLCC

How can eating a baloney sandwich help Sardis Lake Christian Camp? It can, if you decide to participate in a special fundraiser. Here’s what you do: 1) Choose any meal that you normally would eat out, 2) replace it with a baloney sandwich, and 3) donate to SLCC what you would have spent at the restaurant. You can donate by clicking the “donate” button on the website.

Suggestions:

  1. Make this a family event and let everyone in on the blessing of giving.
  2. Have a congregational Baloney fellowship and encourage one another to support Sardis Lake Christian Camp.
  3. Don’t like baloney? Substitute some other low budget meal.
  4. If you absolutely can’t donate now, do it another time. The online donation capabilities will stay on the website.
  5. Don’t want to give up a restaurant meal, but still want to give? Great!

Baloney for SLCC is an opportunity for all of us to make a small sacrifice to help insure that camp is able to keep on blessing lives. Many of you and your congregations already support the camp financially, and without your support, Sardis Lake Christian Camp could not continue to exist. Your help is greatly appreciated! God bless.
